The published total delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, including preparation and shipping. It starts when payment is confirmed and ends when the order reaches the delivery address.

Orders are sent with CTT and include a tracking number so you can follow the shipment. If you have not received tracking details or need help with an update, email contacto@magicshirt.pt.

Shipping is free on orders of more than three items. For orders of three items or fewer, check the shipping options and total shown at checkout before paying.

For a distance purchase made as a consumer, you can usually withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. Legal exceptions apply, including certain goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Send a clear statement of your decision to contacto@magicshirt.pt within 14 days of receiving the item. After notifying the store, you have a further 14 days to send it back. Direct return costs follow the conditions in the Terms of Use. Contact the team to confirm the return address and instructions.

For a valid withdrawal, the terms provide for a refund within 14 days of your notice. The store may wait until it receives the item or proof that you sent it. The refund is made using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Standard delivery costs are included; the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option is not.
